Throughout the project, the project manager should always “check in” with the project team and ensure that their skills align with the tasks assigned to them. Respond concretely to their contributions and provide targeted feedback (whether positive or negative) to maintain the motivation of the project team members and ensure these conditions are met.

Make it a regular practice to reflect on how your project team is functioning, using the following criteria as a guide:
