5. Our advice
Good knowledge transfer takes time, and can't be improvised. Everyone needs time to assimilate new knowledge, so you need to take this into account when organizing knowledge transfer events.
To help you at this stage, we recommend that you regularly capitalize on the knowledge and experience acquired throughout your project, in the form of project monitoring files or technical reports, so as to anticipate any transfer activity.
Diversify your media to best share your knowledge. Knowledge is better assimilated when it is shared through several information channels: reports, presentations, questions, etc.
Sharing your knowledge is, in the long run, a winning team strategy. All members of your team will benefit from acquiring new experience, which will improve your team's emulation and responsiveness.
