The trade-offs and decisions to be made regarding these impacts may go beyond the scope of the innovation project: don't hesitate to inform the executive committee if the stakes are high (investments, capacity reductions, supply risks for existing products).

If you manufacture components or finished products in several factories, don't forget to carry out the analyses described in this data sheet at every stage of production, or to provide your customers (internal or external) with the information they need to do so! Even if (especially if!) the impact on your business is minimal.
