For the time being, protecting the work enclosure for plastic welding is reserved for aeronautics, laboratories and fluoroplastics welding in particular.
In today's industry, this practice doesn't exist and doesn't attract much interest. But with the advent of increasingly sophisticated thermoplastics, operators and set-up personnel are unable to produce under the right conditions.
So we need to rethink the way we work, and gas-shielded welding could be a solution that the automotive industry is starting to implement.
