As we saw in the previous step, the context of the planning analysis is essential.

When it comes to planning, at the very least, we need to include feedback from our planning projects in our summary:

• the type of project: is it a first for the company, or a recurring project? Is it an innovative project or not, etc.?

• the contract: turnkey, controlled expenditure or other;

• the customer: expectations, budget constraints, etc. ;

• the environmental context of the project: location, weather, etc. ;

• the legal framework: specific authorization constraints, for example;

• the human aspect: difficulties in communicating with the customer due to the low level of...
