8. Our advice
The two pillars that must guide the PMO Method in its work are modesty and determination. Modesty first of all, because when a project comes up with a problem or refuses to apply a procedure, it's not, in most cases, out of pure principle, but rather because the procedure is not adapted to the specificities of the situation encountered. The PMO method must therefore be capable of questioning itself in order to find a solution that both responds to the problem and respects the main principles of project management. Then there's determination, because setting up a Method PMO necessarily involves criticism of varying degrees of validity, which has to be overcome in order to provide the organization with a solid methodological corpus for successfully...
