Selling price (PV)
This is the public selling price (in the case of the end-buyer) or the upstream selling price of the end-buyer. It applies to goods and services.
Direct consumption (CD)
Everything directly identified as assignable in the product and/or service sold.
Equipment depreciation
There are several accounting rules, depending on the nature of the equipment (buildings, machinery, IT equipment, etc.) linear or declining balance; a special case concerns equipment and tooling specific to the product and/or service, the cost of which may be spread over the production life of the product and/or service.
Working capital requirement (WCR)
This is the sum of trade receivables and inventories, less trade payables.
Cash flow
This is the sum of income, depreciation and provisions for the financial year.
