The context relates above all to the project's actors and stakeholders. It is documented in organization charts, task inputs, responsibility allocation matrices (cf. Responsibility Matrix (Tool 3 )), minutes, etc.

Every project contributor has the right and duty to ask suppliers and customers about their uncertainties.

Beware of those who equate changing circumstances with force majeure. English contracts speak of "Acts of God" for a reason. Stay grounded!
