4. Conclusion
The main aim of this article was to describe the complex modeling of decisions made during design projects. The fact that design is spread across several companies or departments within the same company, often in different geographical locations, requires a thorough understanding of the decision-making system. To this end, we have analyzed the elements referred to in decisions. We have identified two categories of decision:
technological decisions are generally well understood by the various players involved and supported by numerous tools and approaches;
Today, "management" decisions are at the heart of the concerns of companies, and particularly those who play the role of promoter, or project owner, when design is distributed.
