9. Conclusion
The quality approach is a recent concept in the academic field, since quality in research has long opposed the creativity of the researcher to the notion of management. However, it has its place in this field, as well as being an element of mutation towards a new way of working for scientists.
The quality approach in research is, in fact, in a state of flux, with numerous experiments underway in laboratories. On the one hand, there are actions carried out in the field, using a "bottom-up" approach, by players whose full-time activity is not generally focused on quality, essentially engineers, technicians and administrative staff, anxious to professionalize their work. On the other hand, there are "top-down" actions carried out by our support establishments, activities which concern management and are mainly focused on performance indicators.
