3. Drawing up specifications
While the example used to illustrate this form of specification stems from a specific situation, we can generally stress the importance of the following two principles:
it is necessary to acquire a good knowledge of how operators carry out their work activities;
the development of specifications expressing the activity's "point of view" must be part of a project management process.
