1. Executive summary
The executive summary is the first, and perhaps the last, thing a potential investor will read when the business plan is submitted. It should give him an initial idea of the entrepreneurial project, and convince him to spend some time reading the rest of the business plan. It also gives them a general idea of the project before reading certain parts directly. This executive summary presents the main elements of the project in a clear and concise manner (generally around half a page).
