2. Building the organization
The various parts of the organization are constantly exchanging products and data as part of a system of authority, which may or may not be formalized in an organization chart.
Communication flows can be regulated: methods and operating ranges, production, management and control information, quality systems and budgetary procedures.
Added to this is an informal communication system that bridges the gap between what is prescribed and official, and the reality in terms of power and know-how. The necessary coordination between tasks obeys two main logics:
