4. Agile supply chain: the second step to security
Once the Samixco Supply Chain has been brought under control internally, it will be necessary to turn our attention to the extended Supply Chain and to improving overall performance. Collaborative work with both customers and suppliers, the creation of an alternative Supply Chain, and process improvements are among the measures envisaged.
While it's desirable to have a flexible supply chain, it also comes at a cost: so it's necessary to know just how agile the supply chain needs to be in relation to customer needs.
