Quality plan and factory tests
The quality plan is becoming more widespread, with manufacturers seeking ISO 9000 certification.
Always in compliance with standards and regulations, each product is tested individually and a report is drawn up stipulating the test conditions and loads applied. For example, for a telescopic crane, maximum static and dynamic loads are indicated for each configuration, for short, medium and long jibs, and for minimum, medium and maximum spans.
Organizations authorized by the Ministries of Labor of EEC countries may be delegated by end-user customers to attend factory exit tests. At the customer's expense, a report from the organization certifies this intervention.
