Implementing the integration of supply chains successfully

Our work on supply chain integration, together with our research experience and corporate observations, has enabled us to identify a number of dimensions that need to be taken into account when studying, evaluating, auditing or designing supply chain integration. Integrating a supply chain implies thinking at several levels and in several dimensions.

The aim of this second paragraph is to provide a summary of the available knowledge in the form of reading grids useful for reflection, design, audit or decision support.
