Analyze process risks

You have identified the risks of failure for the "material" control element (output data from your processes and input data from interested parties). You have also done so for the other process control elements "manpower", "means", "methods" and "environment".

The aim is to initiate what are known as mitigation actions, enabling risks to be dealt with in accordance with their criticality. These actions are necessarily preventive in nature, since in reality there has been no failure (yet).

To do this, we use the problem-solving method, the fundamental step of which is the search for the root cause.

It will necessarily lead you to identify one or more elements of process non-control that could lead to the failure of an output.
