Continuous improvement
The process of constantly enhancing the occupational health and safety management system, in order to improve overall OHS performance in line with the organization's OHS policy.
Danger
Source or situation that can cause injury or damage to health.
Risk assessment
The general process of estimating the extent of risk and deciding on its acceptability.
Hazard identification
The process of recognizing the existence of a hazard and defining its characteristics.
Incident
Any work-related event in which bodily injury or damage to health could have occurred or has occurred.
