At this stage, all the ingredients are available to model your process. In line with what has been said above, it is important first of all to situate the process to be modeled in relation to its parents in the tree structure, to ensure continuity and overall consistency.
We recommend the following step-by-step approach:
Link the process to be modeled to its higher-level parent and specify the process boundaries;
identify the process activities and events to be taken into account, as well as the actors involved ;
establish relationships and sequences between activities and any conditional branches, and add any useful additional elements (documents, comments, etc.).
