Railway software parameterization according to CENELEC EN 50128:2011

Parameterized software applications require specific work to identify and elaborate the data being manipulated. For the time being, this activity has been identified as one to be carried out during the software development phase, but as it stands, there's a risk of building a system that won't work.

In fact, a railway system (figure 4 ) is made up of several pieces of equipment (PCC, PA-Line, PA-Section, PA-Embarqué and transmission belt) which may or may not have several parameterized software applications (figure 5 ).
