1. CENELEC standard EN 50128:2011
Today, railway projects are governed by texts (decrees, orders, etc.) and standards (CENELEC EN 50126, EN 50129 and EN 50128) designed to define and achieve certain FMDS objectives (Reliability, Maintainability, Availability and Safety). The three standards cover all aspects of safety and security (SAFETY), from the system down to the hardware and/or software components.
