3. Continuous improvement of digital methods
Numerical methods are constantly being developed and improved: the following are examples of these improvements, which concern, on the one hand, innovations in the modelling of fluid/structure coupling problems, of particular interest to shipbuilding, and, on the other hand, the use of more specific methods than the "classic" ones presented above: the SPH and LBM methods.
