Personal data
Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, either directly (surname, first name) or indirectly (in particular by means of an identifier or number).

All the rights recognized to people as such, regardless of their origin, sex or beliefs.
Preuve; legal evidence
Proof is a legal act or fact used in support of a claim to substantiate the allegations of the parties to the dispute. The burden of proof lies with the party alleging a fact. In certain cases, however, the burden of proof may be reversed and placed on the defendant.
