These practices require a certain rigor and discipline in their implementation, but also a high degree of synchronization within the development team, all the more so when the team is large and geographically distributed. To achieve this :
A high-quality telecommunications infrastructure is essential to facilitate remote exchanges;
inter-site visits are necessary, especially during critical phases of the project (planning, testing, etc.); they also enable cultural exchanges and the creation of a common understanding of the project;
