Playing the devil's advocate, we'd be tempted to say that too many intelligence professionals have also had a questionable positioning and skills updating that too often underestimated the evolution of knowledge-based professions.

At the end of the day, having to contend with savvy Google users who effortlessly find documents that some watchers will never find is a problem.

The solutions are simple:
