Data collection must be rigorous and impartial. Systematically specify the sources from which your data comes and how you collected it.

In terms of costs, specify both direct and indirect costs. For completeness, identify all the necessary resources (human, material and financial) and value them.

As far as results are concerned, we recommend the use of simple, easily reproducible indicators. Their collection can be automated by software.
