This means, at all times:

  • preventing users from suffering any direct or indirect physical injury (falls, bruises, burns, electrocution, poisoning, etc.);

  • protecting them from any external incidents (fire, earthquake, tornado, etc.);

  • to protect them from any unwelcome harm caused by others (theft, assault, terrorist attacks, etc.).
