Human/machine interface and ergonomics criteria are important, as they save time in all the day-to-day tasks of operating the solution, processing information and generating deliverables.

Good ergonomics help limit :

• operating errors ;

• the time it takes to adopt the solution.

Similarly, clear ergonomics make it easier to train people to use the solution.

In order to evaluate the proposed criteria, put yourself in real-life operating conditions: test the solution in your technical environment, on a standard configuration of a workstation in your company, using its Internet connection.
