It's essential to consider the entire scene of use from the customer's point of view, and not from the point of view of your product's potential: this is the transition from ergonomics to experience.
Experience is defined by the interaction of successive or simultaneous phases of use in a sequence. Identifying the upstream and downstream phases of your offer is essential to working on experience.
