5. Exploiting the potential of "Author Search
The "Author Search" function is very useful for searching and finding the work of a given author, or your own. It can also be used to obtain information on the evolution of a career from publication onwards. All you need to do is identify the right author!
Start by entering the author's name, without the first name or initial, to display all possible variants. This way, you're sure to find the author you're looking for in the proposed list.
To avoid homonyms, it is advisable to associate the author's name with the name of his or her institution (affiliation).
If you don't know the exact spelling of the author you're looking for, you can use the truncation operator "*".
