How do you manage the end of incubation for an intrapreneurial exploration?

To make this transition as smooth as possible, what better way than to establish a crash-test, i.e. an exploration status report. For this, we can agree on a factual crash-test. The aim of this exercise is not only to take stock of the situation, but also to test the depth of knowledge acquired and the validity of hypotheses. In some cases, the intrapreneurial team will be able to demonstrate with solid and abundant evidence that some of its assumptions are validated, in other areas and sometimes for good reason, it won't be so solid on its achievements. This will give a clear idea of the road ahead and, for the sponsoring company, an estimate of the financial effort involved in taking over the initiative.
