1. Create a list of stakeholders
Start by listing your organization's "stakeholders". Who are they? That's the first question you need to ask yourself. It's both a simple and complicated exercise. Simple, because the first names will quickly come to mind:
your sponsor ;
your team ;
people who will interact with you on a regular basis, such as representatives of technical, legal, personnel, communications, finance, etc. functions;
your coach ;
the various people in charge of your exploration;
the experts...
