Can there be more than one FPU?

No, sometimes you have to do yourself a favor and choose just one! A multiplicity of UPFs would be tantamount to a functional analysis, in which case the systemic effect of such a study would be lost. Not indicating another UPF does not mean neglecting or forgetting it, but simply considering it differently in the rest of a TRIZ study (it will lose the form of evaluation parameters, for example). If, however, another function seems "indispensable" at the same level as the first, carry out another study separately from this one and then converge your two study results.
