The next step is to incubate the selected ideas. To this end, we'll need to put together a team of explorers or intrapreneurs who will try to demonstrate that these ideas can form the basis of a sustainable business.
If the team is already fully constituted, the reader can proceed to the "Validate CVP" phase.

To incubate, you need resources dedicated to the subject. It's advisable to bring at least two people together, as exploration is rarely a solitary exercise.
