There are many advantages to migrating to the Cloud. These include cost, energy savings, and greater agility in software deployment, but it is often security considerations that define how Cloud solutions are adopted and deployed.

Private clouds may be less exposed to threats than public clouds. On the other hand, large public Clouds have very low costs compared with private Clouds. So should we invest in improved security to take advantage of the lowest-cost approach?
