XML and its ecosystem

To facilitate the viewing and manipulation of XML documents, the DOM or Document Object Model ( https://dom.spec.whatwg.org ) is a programming interface standardized by the W3C ( https://www.w3.org/TR/DOM-Level-3-Core ). It enables scripts or programs to be applied to the document, integrating it into an application. In this way, the XML document is represented in the form of nested objects, giving rise to a tree structure that facilitates representation.
