The listener object (observer) must implement the SensorEventListener interface, which has two functions.

• The abstract void onAccuracyChanged(Sensor sensor, int accuracy) function is called when sensor accuracy has changed. This function provides an estimate of the measurement accuracy. Possible values are given in table 8 .

  A measurement with SensorManager.SENSOR_STATUS_UNRELIABLE status must not be used. This value is unreliable.

  Recalibrating the sensor can often improve measurement quality.

• The abstract void onSensorChanged(SensorEvent event) function is called when the quantity measured by the sensor has changed. This function is the most useful. The object passed as a parameter (SensorEvent...
