2. Requirements for radar interferometry
The two radar images to be used for interferometric comparison may have been taken under different geometric conditions and/or at different times. These differences are subject to different conditions.
2.1 Spatial conditions
The main condition for obtaining an interferogram from two radar images is that the angle of incidence between the two images remains very small. In other words, the landscape must be seen at "almost" the same angle by both passes.
