Agile Method

Project management method mainly used to facilitate software development project management. It aims to facilitate the organized work of multi-disciplinary teams, with the customer's needs in mind.

Project framing

Project preparation phase: planning of stages, skills required, available resources and associated budgets (teams, expenses, external human resources). Milestones" or key milestones are also necessary to identify during the scoping phase.

Pilot project

A phase of a project that is limited in time and scope.

Exceeding project deadlines

A situation in which the delivery or commissioning date for a product or service is not met. Exceeding the deadline is problematic in the case of negotiated penalties...
