Corrosion protection of steel structure by thermosetting powder coating

The quality of powder-coated work depends on :

• preparatory surface treatments;

• the choice of powder coating ;

• the seriousness of the applicator.

But, above all, quality depends on the future environment of the powder-coated structure. In other words, particular attention must be paid to the choice of system according to the corrosive environment (see table 3 ).
