Electrospinning can be carried out using a variety of devices on both laboratory and industrial scales.
2.1 Syringe needle, manifold shapes
The most conventional electrospinning process described above systematically involves a syringe containing a polymer solution and featuring a needle at its end, a feed pump, a collector and a high-voltage power source. These parameters are not the only ones to influence the structure and morphology of nanofibers produced by electrospinning.
