Impedancemeter; impédancemètre
Device capable of measuring the electrical impedance of RLC (Resistance, Capacitance, Inductance) circuits by generating either the modulus and phase of the impedance as a function of the measurement frequency, or the real part and imaginary part of the measured impedance as a function of the measurement frequency.
Vector Network Analyser (VNA)
Measuring instrument used to determine the S parameters of an electrical circuit. It can also be used to measure the directivity of an antenna or the properties of dielectric materials.
