What is a recycling raw material in general?
It is a metal alloy, more generally a healthy material associated with contaminants:
oxides ;
other metals ;
coatings, pigments and plastic resins ;
other materials: plastics, glass ;
materials of various origins: earth, stone, biological materials ;
traces of contents (packaging).
In short, as far as we're concerned, it's a metal associated with a "pollution ticket".
The recycler, who withdraws the raw materials from the market, sometimes wrongly referred to as waste, will "detach" this pollution ticket and generate residues.
Does this mean we should apply the "polluter pays" aphorism...
