ASE (Anti-shrink Efficiency)
Defined by the comparison of wood shrinkage before and after treatment between two humidity limits (H).
ATG (analyse thermogravimétrique); thermogravimetric analysis
Exploitation of thermogravimetric measurements, a technique for monitoring the variation in mass of a sample over time, when it is heated, cooled, or more generally involved in a chemical reaction; thermogravimetry is often coupled with another analysis method, allowing, where appropriate, the identification of gases emitted by the reaction.
CPG (chromatographie en phase gaseuse); gas chromatography
This technique involves separating the compounds in the mixture to be analyzed on a column, and is applied to gases or substances that can be vaporized without decomposition....
