Phase-Locked Loop BVP; Phase-Locked Loop PLL
An electronic circuit enabling the phase or frequency of a system's output to be controlled by the phase or frequency of the input signal. It can also slave an output frequency to a multiple of the input frequency.
Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuit; Circuit intégré monolithique hyperfréquence MMIC
A type of integrated circuit that operates at radio frequencies between infrared and microwave (300 MHz to 300 GHz).
Impact ionization avalanche transit-time diode; IMPact ionization Avalanche Transit-Time (IMPATT) diode
A form of high-power semiconductor diode used in high-frequency microwave electronic devices. They have negative resistance and are used as oscillators and amplifiers at microwave frequencies.
