3.1 Pre-registration
In order to benefit from extended registration deadlines based on tonnage produced for substances already on the market, registrants have been asked to pre-register their substances between June 1 er and November 30 2008. This pre-registration enables them to continue producing or importing substances until the registration deadline set by their tonnage level (see § 3.2.4 ), and to guarantee that there will be no downstream interruption...
