Penetrant Testing

According to regulations (EC) no. 1272/2008 and no. 1907/2006/EEC, some penetrants are classified as "harmful", "flammable and/or volatile" or "irritant", but many others are not.

Operators must therefore comply with the safety instructions stipulated in the safety data sheets drawn up by manufacturers, and on the packaging of the materials they use, especially when working in confined areas or poorly ventilated atmospheres, and even more so when using aerosol dispensers....
