Area-Wise VAT Polymerization
A manufacturing process that uses a photopolymer resin composed of metal powder and an organic binder as raw material. This resin is cured layer by layer using a UV projector. The parts are then sintered.
Bleeding
Bleeding refers to the excessive lateral diffusion of the liquid binder into the surrounding metal powder. This phenomenon causes the contours of printed parts to expand uncontrollably, resulting in a loss of geometric resolution, burrs, or over-printed areas.
