6. Conclusion
It's impossible to draw a definitive conclusion to a subject that has been and will continue to be the source of numerous applications, even if the physical principles on which it is based have been known for decades. In the final analysis, a gyroscope rotating rapidly around its axis has two properties.
The first is to indicate a fixed direction in space if it is not subject to any rotational constraint (precession). This ability has been put to good use in the construction of navigation devices, just as it underpins the balance of a bicycle or motorcycle.
The second is related to the fact that if the gyroscope's rotation plane is rotated along an axis perpendicular to its rotation axis, it produces a cut (gyroscopic effect) along an axis perpendicular both to its rotation axis and to the axis along which the imposed precession was created....
