13C-RMN CP-MAS ; CP/MAS 13C-NMR
High-resolution carbon-13 NMR in solids (magic angle rotation and CP/MAS cross-polarization) is a spectroscopic Technique for determining structural information by interpreting the behavior of nuclear magnetization (magnetic moment of the nucleus) in the presence of an intense static magnetic field B0 (a few teslas) and after irradiation by a radiofrequency magnetic field.
Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM); Microscopie électronique à balayage (MEB)
Electron microscopy technique capable of producing high-resolution images of a sample's surface using the principle of electron-matter interactions.
